Ready to own hiring for the Dutch market — from anywhere in Europe?
If you’re a Talent Acquisition Expert who loves finding the right people, influencing decisions, and building something that matters — this is your role.
At Sedgwick, you won’t just “handle vacancies.” You’ll shape hiring in the Dutch market, partner closely with stakeholders, and bring the right talent into a growing, international organization.
What makes this role exciting
- Be a trusted advisor to hiring teams, senior management, and departmental heads, influencing decisions with insight and expertise.
- Own the full TA lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, screening/interviewing, feedback, and offer management—adding value throughout.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, employer branding, social channels, referrals and internal mobility.
- Transform data into action: partner with the Head of TA to create insights that shape TA strategy and priorities.
- Champion internal mobility and support Sedgwick’s commitment to developing colleagues.
- Lead TA initiatives including referral programmes and other hiring projects across the region.
- Collaborate across CR (HR) and business leadership to shape recruitment approaches aligned to country and functional strategy.
You’ll act as a strategic partner to the business—building strong relationships with senior leaders, crafting data‑driven insights, and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. We’ll match your impact with tailored onboarding and development support throughout your assignment.
What you bring
You’re someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and isn’t afraid to challenge.
- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find people others don’t
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across borders
- Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (non-negotiable)
Why you’ll enjoy working at Sedgwick
- Flexibility — work remotely from wherever suits you
