Your challenge
This role is part of our efforts to enhance our People Advisory Services (PAS) practice in The Netherlands. As a project manager HR transformation, you will be a member of the PAS Systems team. This is an experienced and diverse group of professionals that are engaged in assisting clients to effectively manage their people related business challenges. Our PAS Systems team focusses on projects related to HR Transformation supported by SuccessFactors. As a Project Manager HR transformation within the PAS Systems team, you will deliver high quality client service and insightful solutions while balancing multiple priorities and projects. You will work on a project basis, which often will take place in an international dynamic environment. 

Your role within a project is to challenge clients with insights and advice on HR transformations and how HR technology and HR process improvement can support this. Furthermore, as a project manager HR transformation you will be responsible for managing deadlines, risks and dependencies in order to deliver the best end results for the client. In these projects it is expected to bring in your ideas, knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to help the clients resolve their challenges. In addition, you will guide consultants in performing their tasks while being responsible for (part of) the end deliverables.

Your responsibilities
As a project manager you will…

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of work streams / projects, demonstrate technical, people and business competence and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges;
  • Be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions;
  • Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment;
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for colleagues and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people;
  • Identify engagement opportunities and pro-actively generating new client opportunities, manage business development and account management efforts, and (further) develop lasting relationships with clients;
  • Success in this role will come to those who are proactive, resilient, and adaptable to different circumstances. Collaboration and quality-consciousness are key behaviors necessary to deliver high performance in this role.

This is you
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has an academic background and more than 5 years of working experience;
  • Has affinity and experience in IT, HR, and consultancy;
  • Has a strong background in project management;
  • Has an excellent command of English, both spoken and written (and preferably also of Dutch);
  • Dares to take responsibility and is critical, flexible, solution-oriented, proactive, and has analytical skills;
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic work environment, and is willing to work internationally;
  • Is approachable, social, and is able to build a professional network and spot opportunities, both internally and externally;
  • Likes to work with people, and has a good ability to work both independently and in teams;
  • Has a passion for IT, HR systems and HR transformations;
  • Takes pride in the work they do and is able to guide and enthusiasm junior colleagues on engagements.
