Additionally our clients can choose us for their main administration.
As we have outsourced this activity to an external service provider we must perform oversight to ensure they execute these tasks correctly.

To ensure the official figures used for regulatory reporting by our clients are correct, oversight on our service providers is essential.
Extensive accounting knowledge and experience is key to be able to perform this role.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver Investment views used for reporting for institutional clients
- Perform oversight on the outsourced main administration for a selection of institutional clients
- Quality checks on source systems and data
- Root cause analysis of (recurring) issues
- Continuous improvement for operational effectiveness
Who you are
- A bachelor degree with proven experience
- An understanding of asset management operations (accounting)
- Able to demonstrate a level of (technical) understanding of a range of investment instruments, fund types and products
- High degree of analytical skills and eye for detail:
- Ability to quickly identify and measure risk
- Ability to spot trends
- Ability to make clear distinction between essentials and side issues
- Persistent and ability to find multiple routes to achieve a goal
- Excellent communication skills. Fluency in business English is essential, fluency in Dutch is a preference for this role

The Mandate Accounting Analyst role is part of the Outsourced Operations Control team in the Data & Oversight department.
This department consists of the following teams:
- Data Management
- Market Data Vendor Management
- Outsourced Operations Control
The Outsourced Operations Control team is very diverse in background, gender and age and consists of about 15 people.
Currently we are all working from home but can’t wait until the situation allows us to go back to our very modern office for a couple of days a week to interact with each other again in person.
